Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy, here is our return process.
⏰ 30-day right to return
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Footwear must be tried on indoors only (no signs of outdoor wear).
📦 How to return
Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. We will provide you with the return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
💵 Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the correct product.
🚫 Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, or items marked "final sale". Gift cards are also non-returnable.
🔧 Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the issue if possible.
